Description
Garam Masala is a traditional aromatic blend of spices which is mandate for Indian cooking. With the addition of flavours, garam masala also have a lot of health benefits. Garam Masala consist of whole spices such as Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Fennel seeds, Mace and Nutmeg.
How to use
Roast all the ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes and powder it in a mixer when it is cool. Keep the powder in airtight container and use as per requirement.
